• Working as a technical support engineer for Antivirus and End point security Implementation.
• Accountable for Trend Micro Deep Security customer and responsible for all kind of AV related issue.
• Preparing and submitting customized trend reports to business team/customers on daily bases such as AV compliance for Server and Clients Group update provider report, USB Access logs etc.
• Creating Static web pages which are compatible with various browsers like (chrome, Firefox, IE, etc.)
• Mentor for L1 engineers:

• Installing and upgrading Trend Micro Deep Security Endpoint Protection.
• Exporting Installation packages and providing to requestor.
• Managing and administrating Trend Micro Deep Security Endpoint protection Manager Console.
• Trouble shooting non-compliant servers issue, endpoint communication issue, availing adequate disk space for definition download on endpoints and Live Update issues.
• Exempting file/folders based on requirement.
• Managing Application and device control for users based on requirement.
• Assisting Helpdesk to work on malware Infected PCs.
• Implementing changes to the policies based on customers requirement and for enabling security on endpoints.
• Managing endpoints in user/computer mode to restrict policies to user/computer.
• Creating groups and moving endpoints to groups with applicable policies for respective endpoints.
• Working with product vendors for cases raised based on encountered issues & generating required logs.
