• Plan human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and prepare job description and job evaluation for every position, and maintain the same.
• Collect feedback for the Job description & evaluation. Manage job postings on free job portals, paid job portals, social network, reaching to internal & external sources(Maintain good network of engineer’s and technician’s) .
• Spearhead the complete recruitment life-cycle by for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements. Supervising screening and short-listing of profiles as per the requirement, conducted initial interviews for open positions and if qualified then arrange for technical interview.
• Salary negotiation as per position and job description.
• Sending Offer Letters, regular followup to close the position after collecting the documents and complete the joining formalities.
• Co-ordinate with the respective department and plan an appropriate Orientation Program for the new recruits.
• Co-ordinate and schedule an Induction Program.
• Maintaining a database of the candidates.Employees Personal Records Management.
• Monitor Attendance & Leaves Maintenance, HR Letters, HR MIS, Payroll Process and Office administration activities.
• Employees ESI & EPF Registration, Activation, Rectification, Processing & Final Claim.
• Preparation of ESIC & EPF statements and generate challans and forward the same to Accounts Dept.for Remmitance.
• Organise Employee training & Development programs, Management training, Leadership training and Professional development training sessions by Inviting internal or external trainers for improving personal and organizational effectiveness.
• Implemented new performance management program, improving participation by 42%.
• Formation and Implimentation of HR Policies and Procedures, keep monitoring the same.
• Approaching and schedule meetings & negotioation with Labour Contractors. Handling contract labours & maintaining separate atteandance & payroll process.
• Handel Employees gravience and resolution of all employee relation's issues.
• Conduct appraisal process across the levels and established framework for substantiating performance appraisal system linked to reward management.
• Manage and communicate corporate-wide benefits upgrade, expanding benefits and providers while reducing costs.
