Developing the techno-commercial proposals for EPC/Lump Sum/Fixed Price/Reimbursable Projects, Maintenance Contracts & shutdowns. Preparing order-of-magnitude, conceptual estimates, value engineering, and final detailed estimates as well as major change order estimates for ongoing Projects. Liaise with project stakeholders to coordinate end-to-end contract management and establish profitable client relationship with key business partners, including subcontractors and vendors. Formulate key documentation including subcontract agreements, contractual response letters, change orders and claims, NDA, RFQ, RFC, and RFP. Collaborate with project managers to meet client requirements, deliver accurate cost estimations, and resource allocation, and ensure projects meet budget and timeline targets

Prepare Project Cost Estimates/Proposals/Deployment Schedules work for in accordance with Tender Documents/Contract conditions for EPC/LSTK/BOOT Projects etc. Handles project Cost Estimations & variations from Mobilization phase to the commissioning and final completion. Preparing ROM value for Project Costs & Budgets to enable Company to decide. Preparation of Techno & Commercial Bids/Tenders/Proposals.

Lead complex capital projects through all phases of execution, total budget exceeding $40 million, including Oil Facilities, Gathering Centres, Refineries, and Petro-Chemical Plants and delivered the projects on time
