Lead as project Team to complete the project in stipulated time-period. Prepare & assist Project schedule & construction micro schedule with the help of planners. Interface with Construction engineering, Fabrication Engineering and constructability issues. Review and issue all Progress reports & Client Invoices, monitoring progress and performance of construction during the execution work. Conduct Progress meetings (Monthly & Weekly) and Audits with client etc. Assist for Project material procurement along with approvals of PR, Technical Bids & TBE, issuance of POs, Expedite delivery, Receiving Inspection, Vender Final Documentation. Review HSE & QAC KPIs and statistics and conduct HSE Risk assessments. Coordinate with Marine Department for arrangement of marine vessels. Interface with yard activities, Engineering, HSE, QA/QC, & Procurement. Prepare final documentation along with preparation of LLR & closeout reports.
Lead as Offshore Construction Manager to complete the project in stipulated time. Construction micro schedule with help of planners, Pipeline replacement and Laying, NPU Process platform revamp works, Hook-up and start-up activities. Interface with Construction engineering, Fabrication Engineering and constructability issues. Review and issue all Progress reports, monitoring progress and performance of construction during the execution work. Conduct Progress meetings (Monthly & Weekly)/Audits with client etc. Review HSE & QAC KPIs and statistics, HSE Risk assessment, progress review meetings with client & sub-contractors. Coordinate with Marine Department for arrangement of marine vessels. Interface with yard activities, HSE, QA/QC, Engineering, Procurement and SIMOPS. Prepare final documentation along with preparation of LLR & closeout reports.

Conduct HSE Risk assessments, Project Audits, interface meetings. Coordination with Marine Department for arrangement of marine vessels. Interface with yard activities, HSE, QA/QC, Engineering & Procurement. Technical quarries submission, monitoring and expedite their resolutions. Final documentation with Project closeout reports along with LLR, Risk register, Interface Register for future reference.

Prepare Piping MTO (CS -A106, P2, P5, P11, P22, CS-NACE, LTCS, Host-Alloy, SS-304, 304L, 316. 316L, 321, SS-NACE, CU-NI, API-5L etc.), piping layouts, prefabrication, installation, Mechanical clearance, testing, pre commissioning and assist for commissioning of Wellhead & Process Platforms, refineries, petrochemical, power projects etc. Offshore Hook-ups
Structural layouts, fabrication, installation & painting.
As a Mechanical Supervisor for erection of boiler structures & pressure parts, erection, alignment & commissioning activities of Boilers in Power plants.
