Gas, oil separation & Export, Dehydration, desalter, Heaters, gas compressor units, effluent water & sour water treatment disposing & injection, LP/HP flare system, boiler, Brine heater, vacuum distillation unit, compressor, DM water, air drier, N2 Generation, lime stone & nutshell filters, ROD, Co2 column, stripping tower, exchangers, sludge separator, KOD, ID & FD FAN system, N2 Purging, (Pumps of: - booster, cooling water, potable water, circulating water, seal oil, chemical, lube oil pumps, pig-launchers and receivers operations.
Equipment’s monitoring and operating by Emerson delta-v systems:-
Separators, desalter, de-hydration, heaters, Iron oxide column, KODs, Tanks i.e. wet, off spec, dry, produce, effluent, wash water, fire water, chemicals, air compressor, air dryer, nitrogen generation, gas compressor, HP/LP flare systems, exchangers, pumps i.e. feed, chemical, produce water, effluent water injection etc.
Handled Jobs:
Hand over and properly relieved - Monitoring all equipment’s as per designed operation and production - Follow the specification of the products - Reporting to controller/engineer/supervisor -Start up/shut-down activity - Annual maintenance activity i.e. all the pumps, isolation & de-isolation, levels, flows transmitters and switches, CVs & MOVs etc. - Any emergency/ variations in the operations inform field operator by radio to solve - Follow the isolation procedure as per the standards i.e. equipment by field operators, power by electrical and other departments its required, lock-out rack-out & tagging methods - PTW - Follow HSE policy; maintain the related files and up-date - Weekly test of all emergency equipment’s i.e. Emergency generator, Fire water deluge systems, siren (PAGA) -As per schedule PM work will follow - Maintain the file system as per the KOC (clients) standards.
Following punch list, vendors reports, DCS screens revive & modify as per operation etc. in commissioning periods.
Open inlet header line valve and water storage tank inlet valve. Check communication status normal or fail at control room to well head substation. Check well header sub-station and header area and starter panel. Open air release valve and water well flow line valve at well header. If communication is fail then well start in local position from well head sub -station after start close air release valve. Attending emergency operation and startup with field coordination. Maintaining Log Books and energy reports / activity reports. Operation of processing unit through DCS. Observation and adjustment of parameter as required for Process operation.
Observation and operation of Process equipment’s and auxiliaries. Operation of coolers, heaters, air compressor, and crude oil export pumps & chemical Pumps. Evaporation ponds, Storage tanks, produced water tanks, Diesel tank, lubricating system etc. Monitoring of level pressure gauges and transmitters, vibration meters. Weekly change over carried out, Controlling levels, pressure observation and recording of centrifuge test on hourly basis. Weekly test run of emergency. Maintain tank level Check tank level and open tank out let valve Open the dispatch line valve. Reviews abnormal Reading, takes corrective action to ensure that safe and smooth running condition of the plant and equipment are maintained. In consultation with PM and Engineers, responsible for creating work orders, allocation works for manpower, overseeing quality and adherence to standard operating procedures.
Co-ordinate for effluent disposal at approved locations and filing necessary forms relate to this.
CCTV works documentation and presentation to Client supervisors.
Identify defective pipeline particular in the network and report to PM for corrective actions.
Assigning priority to ensure smooth efficient flow of project works.
Deliver and/or co-present in HSE Tool Box topics and Induction of Employees and conduct surveillance audits for Safety Procedural adherence.
Ensure maintenance of Good Housekeeping in working place.
Assists the Project Manager / Engineers in individual Scope of Services required for the performance of the Contractor.
Supervising System Telemetry Operators who are monitoring various operating parameters / conditions of sewage several Pumping Stations and Lifting Stations all over the Kuwait through the Telemetry System.
Reporting healthy / unhealthy conditions in the particular stations to project Engineers / Operation Supervisors.
Ensure the Safety of men and machine involved in day-to-day operation reporting to operation Engineer.
Daily report preparation and submit to project Engineer.
Daily Internal & External communication with regard to tripping, failure of the outflow and other problems.
Instruction, information and job allotment to operators.
