Our plant produces 465KTA Propylene product using UOP Oleflex Technology (Propane Dehydrogenation) with Continuous Catalyst Regeneration. Knowledgable in DCS Yokogawa Centum CS 3000 operation.

Major Job Responsibilities: Worked as a commissioning operator for the CCR, Reactors and Heaters. I operate and maintain compressors, HP boilers, steam turbines, distillation columns, refrigeration system and various kinds of pumps.

Major Job Responsibilities: Leads the operation team in the regular and general shift duties. Acts as an assistant to the shift superintendent. I have also been actively involved in pre-commissioning, commissioning performance testing of unit, preventive maintenance and planned shutdown activities. Familiar with control panel operation of gas based process plant, Operation of analog and digital control panel, Operation on process logic controls, laying the parameters and its control operation, logging the readings and reporting deficiencies. The entire operations of units is done from panel which is backed by PLC, DCS and SCADA.
