• Leading a team of 6 members, Managing Warehouse Management system in SAP. For APPC (a major Polypropylene manufacturing co in Saudi Arabia.)
• Reporting to Terminal Manager.
• Attending Daily meeting with production, marketing, logistics team, discussing daily operations plans as per customer’s requirement
• Co ordinate with other service providers of Customer to achieve the target
• Ensure export containers are stuffed in time and loaded on board the vessel.
• Co ordinate with the plant control room for the smooth packaging operations.
• Complete control of Silo Management
Ensuring that silo batteries are managed to optimum efficiency, and to prevent from any bottle necks resulting in shutting down of the extruder line.
Ensuring the team is following their responsibilities of implementing and ensuring full compliance with the SOP
Responsible for SAP updates such as creating Picking list, Delivery notes & warehouse management system.
• Planning logistics for the cargo in warehouse
Ensuring Trailers or Containers are loaded with pallets from storage warehouse.
Ensuring Client releasing the sales order after having financial clearance and container booking confirmation from the Off-taker
Ensuring and checking all sales orders are released in SAP
Ensuring transportation is arranged on the base of sales order and release of empty containers by the shipping line
• In charge of the cargo in Warehouse
Ensure the following procedure followed with compliance
• Clients principle
• Efficient use of warehouse space
• Clients special request
Ensuring old batches are shipped before new handling new batches
Using the warehouse as efficiently as possible
Giving priority when allocating space for special batches
• Attending Production Planning meetings
• Complete control of Mail Management with Origin.
• Handled manifestation of the Export containers for the largest
Ports - Chennai, Tuticorin, Cochin, Colombo & Bangladesh.
France, Tunisia, Algeria within the Service Level Agreements and with High Level of Accuracy.
• Issuing b/ls thru web for web Customers.
• Vessel Team Activities like clearing errors, before & after Discharge of Vessel.
• Preparation of Sailing Data
• Updating Final ROE
• Handling Documentation of the export Containers for the Ports of Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Iberia & Shenzhen.
• Handling a Team of 15 members
