o Assist the Owner’s Project Manager in checking and approving the Status of Work Progress Instalments and
contractors’ applications for payment
o Assist project management in developing and implementing project procedures, working documents, standards, etc
o General inspection of the workers and their performance, work plans, and safety
o Conceptual development and budget management of projects and programs (route development, estimate costs,
plan projects, schedule projects, and mapping)
o Review performance against agreed objectives and take whatever action necessary to correct/improve the
performance
o Responsible for schedules and insures the workmanship of all work by inspecting and approving trade partner’s

completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates. Controls project costs by approving expenditures;
administering contractor contracts.
o Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly
on project status. Assign responsibilities and mentor project team.
o Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance
and technical support.
o Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
o Supervising all landscaping personnel, duties include planning, scheduling, organizing and directing work and
training personnel
o Maintain disciplined management in respect to work execution, supervision, convincing the clients, attending the
meetings, correspondence and to finish the work in time with quality as required by the client.
o Review and follow the work order issued by the clients and to be implemented at the site. Maintain the
history/record of all activities and irrigation and landscaping activities carried on in the site.
o Responsible for coordinating with the clients, contractors and sub-contractor to ensure contractual obligations are
finalized. Ensuring that the client’s request carried at the site for the full satisfaction of the client by
implementing the correct work objective and program.
o Involved prestigious Abu Dhabi city street scape landscaping, maintenance activities like maintain the gardens,
streetscape, storm water and fountains.
o Coordinates on the requirements for the forecasting of seasonal flowers, trees, shrubs, and ground covers.
o Coordinates with co-engineers such as safety, civil, storm water, irrigation, plant protection engineer, palm
specialist, emergency team etc., to improve the quality maintenance within the project.
o Responsible for construction of landscape, automatic irrigation and landscape maintenance all over Abu Dhabi
region
o Involved in construction of 6 Polo fields, horse running Tracks (turf and dirt tracks) as per international standards at
Ghantoot Racing and Polo Club.
o Managed landscaping activities at the Mercure Hotel at Jabal Hafeet- Al Ain hotel.
o Involved in maintaining the landscaping prestigious hotel projects like Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Hilton hotel and Hyatt.
Maintaining all the police department belongs to Ministry of Interior Dubai Police gardens, parade grounds and
football pitches.
