• Warehouse operations - Receipts, Issues, Storage, Documentations and Cycle count, multiple stock locations and 2 & 3 Pl operations.
• Stock Control - Periodical stock verifications, cycle count as per Standard Operating Procedures, Inventory management - slow moving and non moving goods ABC analysis and Warehouse management (multiple locations) in SAP R/3- ERP.
• Customs regulations and customer’s legal and customs requirements
• Arrangement of transports - Road/Sea/Air and dispatch schedules
• MIS reports on Inventories - ABC analysis, FIFO and JIT methods and the movement of slow and non moving goods for liquidation.
• Weekly supply chain meetings- pending orders, dispatch status and S & OP meetings
• Implementation of department Key performance Index and Business Objects
Receipts and issues, inventory and record keeping
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) covering all receipts and issues of raw, packages, finished and trading products
• Ensures proper documentations and controlling of transactions in the ERP system (real time data) on day to day basis and ensures all relevant data is maintained in the system.
• Ensures all the stocks are available as per the system to meet the requirements of concerned department i.e. Production, Sourcing and Sales departments.
• Scheduling and monitoring of dispatches and arrangement of transportation with proper documents.
• Planning, Space management (more then 8000 pellet positioning), Man management (encompassing a team of more than 100 staff) etc.,
• Storage of products as per Warehouse Standard Operating Procedures - First in first out (FIFO) and other scientific methods
• Oversees the unloading and loading of in bound and out bound containers
• Training of staff on food hygiene, safety methods as per international standards and on ERP system.
• Documentation and coordination relating to statutory requirements such as Dubai Municipality requirements etc.,
• Hazards Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) team member encompassing the role of Warehouse In -charge
