• Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, networking and providing feedback and information on market trends.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company unique selling propositions and differentiators.
• Develop, monitor and report on customer base and sales achieved
• Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within their region.
• Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the region.
• Effectively manage a team of two Sales Executives, motivating and supporting them to ensure targets are met.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the Head of Sales, contributing to the overall business sales forecasting and budgeting
