Responsible for structures construction managerial activities of the project and Prepare schedule 3 months look ahead in consultation with planning Manager. Allocate the resources for activities as per the schedule. Coordinate and ensure subcontract works done as per approved drawings and specifications and all inspections and tests done as per approved ITP. Complete the project on time with accepted cost. Prepare and obtain the approval of method statements from engineer representative. Train the team for implementation of approved construction method.Review NCRS identified in process, materials and decide disposal action. Ensure Implementation of EHS requirement. Maintain good housekeeping all times. The project construction comprises of 5 Bridges, 32 culverts and 39000 sq.m MSE walls and Road works.
Responsible for the monitoring of construction works Diaphragm wall up to minus 22m and 18m below to the ground water level, cap beam, earth anchorage, series vertical Jet grouting piles instead of Diaphragm wall, Dewatering system, waterproofing, protection system to water proofing, Back filling, retaining wall construction, injection grouting in expansion joints in base slab and retaining walls, Utility Bridges construction, Temporary Traffic Diversion Bridges, Base slab construction, existing utility’s (waterline. irrigation, sewer line, electrical cable and, storm water line) relocation. To co ordinate with consultant at appropriate level to get the approvals of completed work and permission for further continuation of work.
As Dty.Resident Engineer
• Organizing and Supervising site team of Engineers, Junior Engineers, Inspectors and Surveyor to cover all aspect of supervision of their corresponding work and activities.
• Attend to correspondence as detailed by Team leader cum resident engineer and inspection of works on completion of each base course.
• To assist the Resident engineer in checking the contractor detailed work program for errors and anomalies
• For assisting the Engineer in preparing monthly progress reports, prepare road inventory per Km wise road length incorporating all basic data and details of road.
• Carry out existing road condition survey and listing all existing defects in prescribed format.
• Work maintenance and rehabilitation cost based on actual field measured conditions with prescribed road intervention levels in order of priority.
• Assist/advise for advance action required to be taken for the safety of the road and approve the setting.
Graduation In CIVIL engineering with main subject as structural analysis for RCC. Passed out in 1987 with 64.43% of marks.
