Roles and Responsibilities
• Managing and monitoring the user’s request and issues through Service now tool.
• Handling the Incidents assigned from helpdesk related to Desktops, laptops, Printers, application and access Issues and resolving these issues within SLA period.
• Installing operating systems manually and through network using SCCM and configuring Network printers and Resolving network related issues.
• Installing project related software based on service request and troubleshooting application related issues.
• Coordinating with core/support team to fix some application issues which requires support from them.
• Coordinating with vendor (Hp/Dell/Ricoh) for desktop, laptop, printer hardware related issues.
• Configuring and troubleshooting outlook issues.

• Troubleshooting workstation related issues remotely using RDP.
• Provide first level support on software related issues to the users of tcs.
• Resolving Internet connectivity issues for guests visiting in tcs.
• Installing, configuring, managing, and updating Symantec antivirus to client machines.
• Configuration of Network and Local printers of various model/manufacturers.
• Troubleshooting of Wi-Fi and LAN issues.
• Basic roles in AD like User creation, Password changes and user movement
