• Taking care of day-to-day mails from foreign agents and answering them on daily basis.
• Working on costing for the Tour queries and preparing itineraries & brochure programs.
• Negotiating rates with hotels and other suppliers.
• Quality maintenance of existing tour operations & development of new product
• Also actively participate in hiring process of the company
• Meeting Foreign Tour Operator and accompanying them on FAM trips
• Taking responsibility to check personally all the reconfirmations of hotels & other suppliers before the clients arrival to ensure smooth operations.
• Optimizing profitability in each file.
• Managing a team who looks after booking of hotels, flights, car & coach hire, guide services etc
• In charge of File Operations - Processing Reservations with Hotels + Local Agents + Transport arrangements (Train / Air / Land), Tours Escorts.
• Have successfully operated and escorted a FAM Trip group from EF Cultural and Educational Tours of 36 people in July 2013, who are the decision makers in various Universities / Schools and by giving them the first hand experience of India with our invaluable services it effected in generating around 10 to 12 Student Groups of approximately 20 pax in each group every year.
