Handling a Position of a Sole - Bidding Center Executive for the concern, handling bids end to end from the procurement of RFP till the completion of Order. Single Point of contact from the Go/ No Go decision till the completion of the bidding cycle.


Project Kickoff / Implementation Training
Meeting with all stakeholders to lead a kickoff meeting. Defined and introduced the bid plan, team members' roles, and key deliverables. Mapping out timelines, milestones, communication processes, question and answer session
Defining Bid Process Flow - Business rules - Risk analysis - Business risk areas.
Client requirement gathering - Identifying new functionality - Guiding functional/technical Teams
Working with the Oppty Owner and other Bid Team members, define and support Win Strategy
Assisting the Account Management people in reviewing the account of the customers.
Coordinated all bid activity including setting up kick-off and bid progress calls or meetings

Quality Assurance / Legal Review

Assigned Q.A. and Legal team members to review business cases, client requirements, functional analyses of proposal frameworks
Working with internal and external clients, content producers and stakeholders to conduct interim proposal reviews and final bid tweaks prior to launch. Obtained multi-level signoff on bid plan and contests prior to approval.


Pricing / Estimations

Engaging a healthy pricing strategy
Initial Estimations and periodic review of the resource loading and fine tuning
Getting the final Price reviewed with the key stake holders
