Key Responsibility Areas:
Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting the managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;
Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation;
Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates;
Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management;
Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits;
Undertaking regular salary reviews;
Negotiating with staff and their representatives on issues relating to pay and conditions;
Administering payroll and maintaining employee records;
Interpreting and advising on employment law;
Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures;
Developing with line managers HR planning strategies which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements;
Planning, and sometimes delivering, training - including inductions for new staff;
Analysing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
Working closely with PRO for the new/renewal of Visas and other documentation.
Visiting the government authorities (DED, MOL and Immigration) for the new/renewal of Trade License and Dubai Chamber Certificate.
Working along with Engineers for the drawing and other submissions of Civil Defence and Dubai Municipality.
Responsible for Exit Management System by conducting exit interviews, issuing relieving & Experience certificates, initiating full and final settlement for the employees who have left the organization Ensuring that the visa slots for the particular company are restored without problems.
Counselling all legal issues related to the employee.
Handling all cased with regards to Ministry of Labour and immigration with the guidance of the expert system.

Key Responsibility Areas:
Monitoring the smooth running of HR policies. Query handling and addressing concerns by meeting the SLA’s with minimal response time.
Collecting of Hire Request from the client.
Coordinate with the Staff - understand his/her legal status in the country, guide him/her based on his/her legal status, collection of relevant documents from the staff as per client requirement.
Conducting induction for the staff, providing/facilitating trainings on HR processes and e-modules.
Updating information of the staff within the system.
Prepare daily reports / pivots and share the same with the client on a daily basis.
Start the Visa process - based on the feedback received from the staff.
Ensure that we maintain the TAT of the company.
Ensure that the staffs are come on board with us within the TAT.
Ensure the legal formalities like (medicals, stamping, internal amendment and labour card is received on time).
Apply for relevant insurance as per the contract and ensure that the staff is educated on the policy of the insurance company
Ensure we have relevant approvals in place for de-hiring of the employee from the organization / client
