Responsibilities as a Tool Program Specialist & Stores Supervisor:
Installation of Software and Hardware (Toolhound-Inventory Management System), set up warehouse for tools / consumables / PPE for project
Training to Project National Employees - Toolhound Software and Hardware handling,
Process Set Up - Setting up process to run the software according to project conditions, stream line process, Creating & training a national team to run data management, Ensure accuracy of data and necessary tune up in process.
Reporting System - Setting up basic Inventory reporting system and Management Value Reports to monitor Budget, Spend, Inventory value, Issue values, Categorize materials, Reports to Cost Departments.
Coordination activities with Texas based Toolhound team for setting up, running the software.
Monitoring: Collecting data from all projects and making monthly reports to monitor spend value per discipline and submission to management.
Planning: Budget, materials, manpower, and process setup planning for new projects based on historical data’s.
Procurement process setup, streamlining, monitor process for projects.
