Load and maintain the codes provided by etisalat for distribution to Retailers Market.
Process requests of codes delivery from retailers through POS transmission and related support tasks
Closely monitor alerts for errors, claims, support emails and other related data monitoring
Generating and management of Sales, Technical, Ad hoc Reports
Provide second level support and take ownership of the problems not resolved in timely manner.Identifying trends and analyzing the same. Providing feedback for service improvement.
