 Accountable for the quality and quality of every activity, precise knowledge of all aspects of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural, and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary processes.
 To understand the Project specifications and Implementation of Inspection and Test Plan, Construction Quality Procedure, and Method of statement at the work site for achieving Good Quality Work.
 Review and comment on submittals, including test results, method statements, materials and alternate proposals submitted by Subcontractors.
 Review and comment on the Subcontractors testing and commissioning plan/procedure.
 Raise non-conformance reports (NCR) and site observation reports (SOR) identify quality deficiencies in conjunction with the QA/QC Manager.
 Liaise with the Subcontractor’s QA/QC Manager/Engineer for day-to-day quality issues and site walk quality issues report to the contractor on a daily or bi-weekly basis.
 Review the corrective actions proposed by the Subcontractors, respond/follow-ups, and closeout procedure.
 Develop and determine all standards to perform inspections and tests on all procedures, oversee all testing methods, and maintain high-quality standards for all processes. Check Subcontractor’s storage facilities, shades, etc; ensure manufacturer’s recommendations are followed and conformance to above.
 Participate in Mockup inspections/ stage inspections and ascertain that the work is executed in accordance with the contract document and approved standards.
 Liaison with QA/QC Engineers to ensure compliance with PQP and collaborate with the Subcontractor to maintain quality of all construction activities at the site.
 Implementation of Quality Control as per Codes and Standards mentioned in QCS 2014.

▪ Responsible for the implementation of quality control procedures and plans for providing the
more efficient onsite construction work.
▪ Develops and maintains quality standards that apply to onsite construction work, ensuring
proper implementation.
▪ Reviews the test plans and quality control plans, identifies, analyzes and resolves problems and
issues with quality assurance and control for site construction.
▪ Responsible for all of QA / QC civil and architectural related activities. Check and review the
plans & specifications for the proper construction and quality implementation at job site.
▪ Raising RFI’s as per ITP and arrangement of inspection with Consultant. Control of the quality

▪ Perform pre‐inspection to ensure that all works are within the standard in conformance to

▪ Organize, implement, conduct and manage the QA/QC Programs as per
the Company's Quality Policy.
▪ Coordinate the document controls of technical submittals, drawings, etc. with the Project Team
and to ensure that the QA/QC validation has been done, to ensure their issue, amendments and
recall of controlled documents.
▪ Coordinate all inspections, monitor the required tests and record inspections and tests made
pas the Contract Plan and Contract Specifications.
▪ Liaise with the Client's representatives for the conduct of day-to-day quality related project
activities.
▪ Coordinate with the Project Manager regarding work performance and hold authority to stop
work in any area where discrepancies remain uncorrected and/or cancel the stop work order
upon satisfactory correction of noted deficiencies.
▪ Provide technical support to the Project Manager and guidance to site staff in submission of
materials for approval, request for inspection, shop drawings, As-built drawings, O & M manual.
▪ Inspect the work done by the contractor(s) to ascertain that work is executed in accordance

▪ Inspect the on-site and off-site materials to be used in the project and organize field and
laboratory tests, conducted by others, on construction materials to ascertain their
compliance with the specifications and determine it acceptability for use on the project.
▪ As a member of the Finishing works inspection team of the Main Terminal Building at the PTC.
▪ Using Zutec System (PDMS) for recording the Punch Points (Snag list).
▪ Inspecting the CIVIL, ARCHITECTURE and MEP finishing works as per IFC drawing and
project specification for final handover.
▪ Carrying out Final walk down with the CLIENT (NEW DOHA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT SC
