• Theatre capturing of cancellations and future appointments. Filling and printing of stickers and preparing patients folders. Basic administration duties i.e. answering the telephone, making phone calls, filling folders and performing different activities on the computer. Taking messages for the doctors. Filing and retrieving folders of the patient's in the filling room. Worked at front desk and received patient, preparing the clinic for the following day i.e. fetching folders out of the filling room, printing stickers, making sure all the necessary documents are attached, requesting all scans and x-rays. Liaise with doctors, sisters, nurses, other admin clerks and patients on a daily basis. Dealing with clients problems receiving patient's doctor's fees. Working on the clinicom system to book patients and prepare clinic. Doing ward rounds, checking if the patients are still there the next morning and checking for new patients, recoding patient particulars on Clincom system, booking of patients, printing stickers and ward list daily, billing patients for bloods and medication from the Lab results, discharging of patients and writing out their discharging letters, reporting to doctors and nurses for any enquiries, get hold of patient folder when patient is booked into the ward on the clinicom system, liaise with doctors, nurses, sisters and patients on a daily basis
