Project /Site Management
Comprehensive experience in establishing the Project Management Plan to ensure the contract is administered to a common standard and practice.
Organizing and managing all stakeholders for their active participation throughout the project life cycle and commissioning the project on time.
Obtaining the required Approvals, NOC and Work Permits from the authorities like DEWA, RTA, DM, DDA, ETISALAT & DU.
Coordination with the stakeholders for the delivery of equipment’s, deployment of OEM Supervisors to carry out the safe receipt inspection, installation and testing of equipment’s, closing the site notes and NCRS.
Ensure the mobilization of MEP subcontractors, material deliveries and stage wise developments as per the project progress.
Assist the Procurement team in purchasing Project Materials, Inviting bids for subcontract works, contract finalization and preparing scope statement.
Evaluating the project risks and implements necessary tools to achieve the deadlines/milestones.
Prepare micro schedule for major activities, close monitoring and apply necessary changes to achieve the deadlines/milestones.
Ensure the works are executed as per the approved method statement and Validate the project deliverables are met and approved by the Client/ End User as per the contract requirements.
Cost Analysis, Cost Control, Resource planning and Management.
Managing and maintaining relationship with Client, Consultant, vendors and project team.
Attending regular meeting with Clients and Consultants to discuss and fine-tune project expectations.
Conducting and recording the progress and weekly review meeting with Project team, Vendors and Contractors and ensure workflow running as per the approved schedule plan.
Analyze the gaps between the planned and actual, highlight the areas needed attention and take appropriate action to the project team.
Follow up with Finance department for Payment and other interventions.
Providing necessary support to the Site team in Erection, testing activities, and commissioning the Substation with Safety and Quality standards.
Completion of the Project within the baseline timescale without compromising on the Quality, Safety Health & Environmental standards.
Handing Over the project to Client/End user on time with zero snags and accomplishing TOC & DLCC.
Project Execution - DEWA Substations, Muscat International Airport (MC-1 Package), Vale Oman Plant:
Installation of Gas Insulated Switchgear, Power & Distribution Transformers, 11kV & LVAC Switchgears, DC system and other substation equipment’s as per DEWA Specification and Requirement.
Execute the installation works as per Approved Method Statement, DEWA checklist and ensure all the checklists/RFI are signed off on time.
Ensure the FAT comments, Site Notes are complied and checklists are signed by concerned DEWA/Consultant Engineers.
Coordination with MEP, FPS and Civil contractors for materials delivery, installation, stage wise inspection and commissioning of the Project.
Installation of cable containment system, earthing and lightning protection system.
132kV Cable and 11kV Cabling, LV Power and Control Cabling and associated Termination works.
Preparation of Red markup, As built drawings and O&M Manuals.
Installation of 63 No of RMU & Distribution Transformers and switchgears at Pocket Substations.
Laying of 120 Km of 132kV Underground Cable, FO Cable and associated Cable Joint and End Termination works.
Laying of more than 400 km of 11kV Cable (Underground and Ducts) and associate joint and termination works.
Installation of Cable containment for palletizing plant, Diesel Plant, Water Treatment, Stacker, Reclaimer and conveyor systems.
Laying of 6.6kV Cable, Power and Control Cables for palletizing plant, Diesel Plant, Water Treatment, stacker, Reclaimer and conveyor systems.
Installation of 6.6 Kv Variable Frequency Drive Panels.

Project Engineering, Testing & Commissioning:
Studying the scope of work & specifications of the assigned project and designing various electrical systems as per the requirements.
Design and Development of Single Line Diagrams, General Arrangement & Layout Drawings.
Preparation of Cable Schedules and Termination schedules.
BOQ, Datasheet preparation and placing orders for Motors, VFDs, SOFT Starters, Flow Meters, Load cells, Level Indicators, PT, TT, PI, LI & other instruments.
Ensure the materials are delivered as per the PO and production of Panels as per the requirement.
Testing of Panels and Operation consoles prior to the dispatch.
Preparation of SOP as per the operation schemes and training to the plant operators.
Perform pre commissioning checks, Commissioning of the Plant and handing over to the Clients.
Perform after sales technical support and ensure proper operation of the Plants.
Project Execution - Power Plant :
Implemented and established a Control Logic for safe and proper operation of conveyors - Fuel & Ash Handling System.
Installation of PCC, MCC and Control Panels for Boilers, Turbines, ESP, Fuel & Ash Handling System, Cooling Tower and Water treatment Plants.
Installation of cable containment for Boilers, Turbines, ESP, Fuel & Ash Handling System, Cooling tower and Water treatment Plants,
11kV Cabling for HT motors and Drives and associated Termination works.
LV Power, Control and Instrumentation cabling and Termination works for Boilers, Turbines, Fuel & Ash Handling System, Cooling tower and Water treatment Plants.
Earthing and Lightning Protection, Indoor and Outdoor lighting and Small Power Works.
Testing of kV Cables and Continuity checks of the control & Instrumentation Cables.
Support the Testing Engineer for successful commissioning of the Project.
Project : Power Factor Controller Using Fuzzy Logic. Implemented a control system using contactors and relays for the safe operation of Fuel Handling and Ash handling system at Mankapur chinni Mills(22MW Bagasse Based Cogeneration Plant). Introduced Soft Starters and Variable Frequency Drives for Smooth Operation of Toilet Soap and Detergent Plant machineries.
