• Route planning, Driver allocation, Supervise and mentor drivers and planners on a daily basis

Fleet Management
•Working on vehicle operations in co-ordination with other departments for efficient fleet management to import of heavy equipment
•Tracking the running expenses of vehicles including monitoring drivers, transport planning and route optimisation, besides other operational parameters; supervising documentation of fleet reports, ledgers, logbooks, accounts statements and records of region
Logistics Management
•Managing logistics operations involving coordinating with shipping companies, C&F Agents and other external agencies to achieve seamless & cost-effective transport solutions
•Preparing & managing logistics & transport budgets, monitoring expenditure and implementing remedial measures where appropriate; setting up the performance goals, overseeing the setting up of transportation service rates and monitoring the revenues
Warehouse & Inventory Management:
•Carrying out warehouse management of various products including operations budgeting, planning & execution, packaging, space management and preparing warehousing manuals; designing strategies for distribution, stock, transportation & customer services entailing process optimization and location planning
•Spearheading cost reduction initiatives consolidating tasks, eliminating non-value-added processes & complete re-engineering of processes and systems.
• Oversee the deployment, maintenance and administration of the fleet of Vehicles
• Formulate the standards of administrative procedures and develop to suit business and customer requirements
• Control and Monitor vehicle & drivers utilization. Monitor maintenance, repair replacement of Vehicles.

Administration Role:
• Coordinate with Manpower Consultants, Newspaper Advertisement, Website, Execute Overseas and local recruitment. Maintain candidate data, C.V screening and shortlisting and arranging Interview.
• Visa processing, Liaison with Government Departments to obtain Trade license, and its Renewal
Responsible for complete planning for distributing FMCG items from Warehouse to Carrefour Store in all over UAE and Muscat with all safety processes and legal regulations using barcodes & tracking systems.
• Ensuring all requested items to be delivered to Stores on time without any damage
• Ensuring maximum fleet efficiency with effective route planning and load factors for daily operation.
• Controlling Drivers' Trip Allowance, Overtime, fleet running costs and fuel consumption. Coordinating Third-Party Transport Companies.
• Identifying areas requiring improvement; develop plans to rectify wrong delivery, short deliveries or any discrepancies and report to Line Manager.
• Monitoring over 40 Heavy Drivers, and 3 Planners, 3 Shift Supervisors, 1 Transport In Charge and 2 maintenance technician for day-to-day all inbound and outbound transport operations
• Spearheaded planning activities for clearing vehicles and spare parts from port and transport all units to main yard and PDI Centre within company SLA (Service Level Agreement)
• Facilitated the delivery of all new vehicles to company showrooms on time after PDI without any damage
• Steered efforts to optimize fleet efficiency with effective route planning and load factors for daily operations
• Oversaw Drivers' trip allowance, overtime, fleet running costs and fuel consumption
