In this capacity, I am a Member of the Board, and serve as the Director - Operations for ME region. I report to the Chairman and Managing Director (Board of Directors) - India.
• Responsible for launching and managing Interlace operations in UAE and in the MEA region as a leading IT Consultancy & IT Services Provider.

• Handling the Utility application, Retail applications, Banking Applications (AML, Fraud Prevention and Detection, Asset Management, LOS and LMS), Maximizer CRM.
• Coordinating with the team in preparing and reviewing the company’s annual work plans as well as fiscal operations and budgets, including preparation of financial reports.
• Coordinating and supervising Country Managers in preparing draft annual budgets that support the work plan.
• Developing and implementing organization strategies, policies and practices that increase Interlace revenues and market share, as well as organizational and functional changes that resulted in improvements in productivity and services delivery.
• Working with other members of the management team to identify opportunities to improve standards and practices in order to enhance operational success, or to maintain accreditation status.
• Managing recruiting processes for vacancies and new positions. Identify staff training needs and opportunities on an annual basis.
• Handling the issues/concerns/challenges of the consultants at onsite
• Reviewing the inventory of facilities including IT infrastructure, and other company related assets.
