• Working with other members of the management team to identify opportunities to improve standards and practices in order to enhance operational success, or to maintain accreditation status.
• Managing recruiting processes for vacancies and new positions. Identify staff training needs and opportunities on an annual basis.
• Handling the issues/concerns/challenges of the consultants at onsite
• Reviewing the inventory of facilities including IT infrastructure, and other company related assets.
