Responsible for handling a team of technicians and doing daily, monthly,
yearly maintenance activities of machinery such as ELUMATEC, AUSTEN 5-4 Axis
CNC Profile Centering Machines, Double Cutting Machines, EOT Cranes, Water jet
with Ultrahigh Pressure pumps, ATLAS COPCO Air Compressors, Hydraulic/Pneumatic
machine units, Shop Floor Air Conditioning Units.
Responsible for handling a team of technicians and doing daily, monthly, yearly maintenance activities of machinery like EOT Cranes, ELUMATEC, AUSTEN 5 Axis CNC Profile Centering Machines, Water jet with Ultra High Pressure pumps, Hydraulic Cutting and Folding Machines, Conveyor lines with IGU Systems, DEMAG EOT Cranes, ATLAS COPCO Air Compressors, Shop Floor Air Conditioning Units.
Responsible for doing daily inspection and maintenance activity of several
EOT Cranes(DANIELI) such as 5T, 10T, 20T, 40T, 65T, 92T, & 320T in rolling mills
and steel melting plants.
Key Roles:
* Daily health inspection of all EOT cranes.
* Supervising maintenance technicians of both mechanical & electrical responsible for
executing maintenance activities & plans.
* Performing corrective maintenance such as wire rope & sheaves replacement of
variable sizes such as 8mm, 14mm, 18mm, 22mm, and 32mm for all cranes.
* Performing preventive maintenance like wheel, wire drums, gear box and motor
replacement of all cranes as per the spares availability to prevent future breakdowns.
* Ensuring good performance and conditionality of hydraulic thruster brakes and disc,
drum brake pads for wear and tear.
* Repairing and overhauling of all gear boxes and bearings.
* Planning and executing shutdown activities such as lubrication & greasing of all crane
wear and tear parts such as sheaves, wheels and bearings.
* Monitoring day by day equipments breakdowns and rectifying problems with the help
of team members by performing the role as a team leader.
Responsible for doing installation & maintenance activity of machines such
as Welding and Gluing robots, Conveyors, Robotic Fixtures, EOT Crane
(50T, 25T, 20T, 12.5T, 10T, 5T), Hydraulic Fixtures etc.
