•Security: Implement a high level of security through FORTIGATE (Fortigate 240D & Fortigate 200B) Firewall which is serving more than 5 Offices and 1500 clients.
•Manage planning, design, implementation and configuration of windows domain environment through windows 2012 server, windows 2008 & windows 2003 servers which includes File server, Backup Server, DNS Server etc.
•Network Management: Performed an implementation of a complete high secure network consists hotel, hospital, offices and clients etc.
•V P N: Implement high secure IPSEC VPN for remotely connected application users and PPTP VPN for voice users with FORTIGATE products.
•IP TV System: Implementation, configuration and administration of secure IP TV & Digital Signage system (TRIAX) at Armada Hotel environment through CISCO Catalyst switches (CISCO 3750 & 2960 catalyst switches).
•IP Telephony communication: Assist in the configuration and deployment of core and peripheral IP Telephony Communication, which includes a network of Asterisk (Elastix) and LG Ericsson systems for Hotel and Office environments.
•Wireless Management: Successfully implemented wireless tunnels between high rise towers by RUCKUS Products.
•Providing wireless guest network services to clients as well as office users by using both hardware and software controllers. Qualified Experience in configuration and implementation of Wireless access controllers and bandwidth controllers using RCUKUS, HUWAEI and ANT Labs Systems.
•Perform a wide range of network administration duties including installations, debugging, maintenance, upgrades, configuration and support for CISCO Catalyst Series switches (3850, 2650 etc), Allied Telesis, Dlink. HP switches.
•Assist in Managing Company E-Mail, Websites and Payment Gateways
•Handle installation and troubleshooting of HP & Dell Servers includes both Rack and Tower servers with RAID Technology.
•Handle Mail administration through Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 & 2007 with third party tools like GFI Mail Essentials.
•Handle & troubleshoot network and Internet connectivity throughout the organization, ensure connectivity amongst the locations & ensure business continuity.
•Installation, configuration and maintenance of various ERP solutions like SAGE 300 construction and Real estate, “Focus”, “ACT” and “EPMS” based on oracle as well as SQL.
•Administration and maintenance of a network of CCTV cameras at hotel premises and Tower locations, and centrally manage the storage through multiple NVR’s.
•Evaluate, test, and deploy all software and hardware upgrades to the networking infrastructure, Proactive monitoring of all network devices, services, and servers using a combination of tools to ensure high availability and SLA’s.
•Maintenance and administration of Office Access control systems, ONLINE and OFFLINE hotel room access systems and Building parking access systems through SALTO and VINGUARD Systems.
•Administer structural cabling work, wired and wireless network infrastructure, POS installation etc.
•Ensure smooth running of Hotel Software System (Microsoft Navision), online reservation systems which includes deployment, configuration and maintenance.
•Assist in implementing, testing, and maintenance of Healthcare Management System (Focus INSTA) for Armada Medical Centre and Armada Surgical Centre.
•Experienced working with Linux systems and network monitoring tools.
•Assist in developing, implementing, testing, and maintaining disaster recovery plans and perform daily, weekly data back-up.
•Participate in the development, implementation, installation, and testing of applications software’s.

•Security: Installation and configuration of Firewalls for various types including Symantec Gateway Security firewall.

•Provide advice to clients on implementing securities through firewalls and remote management.

•Desktop Technologies: Installation and configuration of Windows 7/2000/XP/VISTA clients, Configuration and maintenance of network printers and Scanners, User Administration, Tracking of Users, preventing users from unauthorized usage of applications and implementing security on the network.
•Supervise daily operations of the Help Desk, coordinate all activities involved with computer desktop related functions primarily standardization and asset management.

•Responsible for gathering relevant information, troubleshooting and resolving problems and escalation to the appropriate specialized resource as required.

•Creates appropriate applications files, tables, directories; installs and tests applications on network.

•Ensures personal computer efficiency by coordinating and integrating technical aspects of computer work and configurations.
