• Establishment and development of Master Schedules for all projects.
• Review and Study of contractor’s claims.
• Formulating and developing Operational Plans and Schedules to meet project objectives
• To Prepare and effectively implement action plans to improve overall equipment efficiency of Production Machineries.(both TILT and HOLLOWCORE )
• Day to Day / Weekly / Monthly Production Planning and achieving maximum Production output.
• Assign work load to Foreman’s, Operator’s and to skilled workers to achieve Production targets.
• Arrangement of Approved drawing’s for Production.
• Monitoring of hourly Actual Production vs. hourly Production Plan.
• Shop Floor Administration, Handling Skilled Manpower.
• Coordinating with Shop Floor People to ensuring proper housekeeping.
• Daily Tool consumption, Production reports Preparation & down Time analysis.
• Coordinating with Quality and Maintenance Departments to meet 100% Scheduled Production Plan.
• Eliminating Useless work.
• Conducting Quality circle in Production line and Organizing Continuous Improvement on Product Quality.
• Identifying the Training needs and impart on the Job training to Departmental Personnel.
• To study the Upstart Meeting of the given Projects & New project assignment (NPA) Prepare Project budget and analyze current budget.
• Planning and scheduling the Casting Programme in the Eli plan as per the Erection Schedule and the factory capacity by using Eli plan software Daily and Weekly for Tilt, Hollow core slab
• Coordinating with Design, projects, site, purchase & sales Dept, to collect the feedbacks
• Preparation of Reports -Turn over Report weekly, monthly progress & Production report, Raw Material, Bench Marking, Monthly Rebar & other reports, Preparation of Progress Reporting & Measurement procedures.
• Material Requirement- Calculating & purchasing the materials including the embedded items
• Site Visit for Progress measurement and support project team.
Preparation of forecast schedules for the project as & when required.
• Update weekly schedule, actual targets, & forecast reports.
• To arrange necessary requirements for the completion of the assigned Project as per the duration mentioned in the contract.
