Some of my responsibilities included the following:
• Processing bookings
• Client service
• First contact for new clients
• Take and make phone calls
• Emailing clients
• Prepare Sales & Visitor Reports
• Process payment transactions (credit card and cash charges)
• Schedule bookings for clients
• Distribute lockers, trainings clothes and towels
• Monitor stock levels
• Prepare & explain contracts
• Responsible for filing system (contracts, payment receipts, customer details)

I was in charge of the reception, administration, as well as assisting the management.
