Coordinating the engineering development process to design and manufacture future electric vehicles.

Identification, quality analysis, containment and resolution of issues related to Complete Vehicle System components through build phases with Manufacturing and international Tier 1 Suppliers.

- Planning of Complete Vehicle Systems testing, the Certification and Homologation process
- Creating, publishing and controlling testing procedures
- Issuing, Sign-off and controlling of test reports

Responsibility for the design verification plan within the Safety Systems Function Group, working closely with the team and the vehicle development and validation groups.

► Ensuring program timing, vehicle quantities and specifications support Complete Vehicle Functions Groups requirements for testing, development and Sign-off
► Providing status reports at Gateways in-line with Vehicle Engineering deliverables on all vehicle verification activities (Vehicle and Rig) and attribute / target achievement and alignment
► Supporting and maintaining the testing plan contents, reviewing and driving changes to ensure validity and relevance

Monitoring of the vehicle attributes degradation during the test:

-- Electronic Modules
-- Interior
-- Body Panels and Closures
-- Body Structures
-- Chassis

► Working with Complete Vehicle Engineering Managers to ensure the testing plan is up to date and appropriately populated
► Assessing and validating individual testing plans to ensure development and Sign-off tests are valid, justified and meet program key gateways
► Working with relevant departments to confirm of suitability for prototype builds including number of vehicles, specification and commodity
► Liaising with other areas of the business which require engineering vehicles for issue resolution
► Supporting Engineering in cross-functional teams and meetings
► Capability of providing technical solutions within tight time frames
