 Preparation of detailed architectural drawings, interior details, joinery drawings and other construction
documents.
 Presenting design Proposals and interior and exterior 3D visuals using Sketch Up, Lumion, and D5 Render.
 Dubai Municipality BPS sanction approval drawings, DDA Sanction Approval drawings.
 Reviewing and approving RFI’s, MEP and shop drawings for numerous projects.
 Act as the main point of contact for all architectural queries, clarifications, and interpretations, facilitating
effective communication between construction crew and design team.
 Strong understanding of F&B operations, kitchen design, and equipment specifications.
