➢ Acting as the first point of contact for employees enquiring about policies and procedures, benefits, HR system, onboarding, training etc.
➢ Creating and Managing employees files, documents and filing systems for easy access
➢ Assisting new hires on their onboarding process to make sure they have smooth transition
➢ Process New Hire, Promotions, Transfers, lateral changes, terminations and salary changes.
➢ Support managers on annual performance management process, including employee training, calibration, performance appraisal and personal development plan.
➢ Working with HRBP to determine development programs and activities to be offered to employees
➢ Contribute in creating Training courses and work with Learning and development team to deliver to employees
➢ Preparing HR Letters, reference, memos, adverts as required by HR Manager
➢ Processing Exit employees and coordinate on visa cancellation, collect company asset, access and final settlements
➢ Assist employees on benefit enrolment, renewal and cancellation to be submitted on time
➢ Providing professional HR advice and support to company employees and managements
➢ Processing payroll information, bonus, final statement, pay slip etc. in a accurate and timely manner
➢ Developing reports detailing Leave, holidays, New hire, Termination, promotions, grievance, investigation and action taken
➢ Managing and updating employee leaves on the system and prepare report
➢ Provide HR administrative support to HR Director and HR Team

Main Achievements
-Completed an audit and review of 800 employee files to determine the missing and uncompleted documents
-Launched the DocuSign program to be used by employee to send their new hire package to the HR department
-Launched of HR Website in USA & Canada- a single destination for all HR documents and information.

➢ Preparing report to Senior Management regarding the recruitment process.

Main Achievements
- I successful drafted five HR Manual Policies for Middle East operations (UAE, Bahrain, Jordan, Saudi Arabia and Iraq)
- My colleague and I recruited over 100 employees for the MB Petroleum Middle East operation with a significant cost saving to the company by identifying candidates through online CV searches.
- During my short assignment in Al Shawamikh Oil Services I recruited over 100 employees within 3 months both for the field and the main office thus permitting the new operations to commence on time.
