- Responsible for Public Relations, Administration and Events Management.
- Special events organization and management (openings, fund raising etc.).
- Management of Director's Office agenda and calendar.
- Meetings organization and administration including minutes taken.
- Managing and supporting coordination between different departments within the Ministry.
- Internal and external communication activities.
- VIP relations manager arranging and coordinating their transportation, agenda and other special requests.

- Lead generation through research, prospecting or account management.
- Identify sales opportunities for revenue maximization.
- Responsible for preparing proposals, and closing the deal.
- Responsible to implement marketing campaigns and digital marketing activities including collateral design and e-blasts.
