*Arranging import permits and shipments of various medical products to Iraq
*Preparing shipping documentation according to various requirements such as: Letter of Credit, MOH tender and Iraq regulations
*Preparing offers for the MOH Iraq in compliance with tender conditions
*Preparing documents for the registration of products and companies at the MOH Iraq
*Handling the purchasing activities according to client contract terms and LC conditions while negotiating the most convenient prices and commercial terms
*Monitoring of stock shelf life and inventory
*Preparing labels according to Iraq regulations and legal requirements
*Establishing procurement and shipping procedures in the department

* Coordination of activities between the company's different departments (logistics, sales, accounting, technical, IT)

* Manage logistics operations & follow up each country’s regulations for shipments & Customs
* Handling of orders from PO until arrival of shipment
* Prepare all necessary shipping documentation
* Coordinate with freight forwarders & shipping agents for best options and rates.
