Since returning from completion of contract in Nigeria (February 2013), actively seeking further assignment anywhere on a global basis noting that my ability to relocate is virtually immediate.
Head hunted for the role of C.O.O. and subsequently took over a historically problematic and financially troubled transportation company and fully restructured all elements from the ground up to turn it on its axis into a totally re-born, professional, profitable, reliable & reputable company.
Headed up and responsible for optimization of all PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc’s distribution network consisting of 26 Pan-Nigerian Depots and 4 Distribution Centres operating within a very limited road infrastructure system; Financial Year 2011 3PL statistics saw 71 Carriers carrying out 15, 777 trips on a Pan-Nigerian basis at 35% efficiency. The efficiency level was raised to 90% within a 6 month period with substantially improved loading/unloading times, trip times, asset selection criteria and total asset visibility by the introduction of a 24/7 tracking & tracing operation, fully integrated into a World Renowned Fleet Management System.
Chief consultancy role incorporating feasibility studies & market research, architecture, strategy, design, implementation and operational execution for TransGlobe S.A.E., Egypt which led to a brand new start up Transportation & Logistics Company based in Alexandria, Egypt whose chief aims are to totally restructure the face of the industry throughout the MENA Region in terms of operational excellence coupled with internationally renowned business practices adopting ISO/EN Standards.
Key Accomplishments:
Established formal reporting structures for all Operational Divisions;
Designed & implemented an Asset Control Department from the ground level.
Spearheaded implementation of a total regional synergistic system.
Full P&L accountability for 3500+ assets engaged in Kuwait, Iraq and GCC Road Transport and Intermodal Logistical operations plus Iraq Operations in support of HL5, HL6 and KBR RIO (Bulk Fuel Operations of 92, 000, 000 litres of fuel per week).
Key Accomplishments:
Designed and implemented an ECD (Equipment Control Department) from the ground up and formed the first ever 24/7 Transport Call Centre in the Middle East.
Took the lead role in seamless company relocation to newly constructed premises with zero disruption.
Vital technical and leadership resource on international transportation and supply chain projects utilising Six Sigma standards.

Devised cost-effective solutions to highly complex supply chain problems.
Consistently delivered international projects ahead of time and within budget.
A Transportation & Logistics Company formed by myself in 1994: -
Operated company delivering specialized, time sensitive supply chain and support services to energy industries operating throughout the Republic of Yemen and neighbouring regions.
Key Accomplishments:
Dramatically developed client base by building and cultivating relationships with international oil companies.
Grew the existing land transportation logistics service to incorporate both sea and air based logistical services.
Led a privately funded 3 year project to refurbish whole urban transportation system for the Capital of Peru, from initial feasibility studies through to execution and hand off to the government.
Key Accomplishments:
Sourced, trained and mentored over 400 Peruvian Nationals.
Established long-term relationships and partnered with world-class manufacturers and equipment suppliers.
