To develop, implement and administer the Organizations rewards and benefit strategies, and assure application of policies that will include (salary and benefits) surveys and analysis to ensure the competitiveness of the company and its subsidiaries in line with the market and competitive to attract and retain employees.
Directs development of policies, systems and procedures, and programs relating to the Organizational Development and Compensation. Reviews such policies, procedures and programs and recommends appropriate changes. Ensures their proper implementation. Reviews and updates Company Internal rules and policies and procedures
Monitors the organization's salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining staff. Provides advice to Management on developing and instituting new human resources, policies and procedures and compensation and benefits policies to meet developing conditions in the market place and maintain the competitive edge of the Company. Directs the activities of the Organization Development section. Includes preparation of organization charts, to ensure internal equity in grading system. Assures Job descriptions are available for all jobs in the company. Ensures that all jobs are linked to an evaluated value. Assures Job Families are updated and applied.
