• Work with reputable tourism clients like Qatar Tourism Authority, Dubai DTCM, Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority, RAK Tourism, Sharjah Tourism, Atlantis The Palm Dubai, Jumeirah, Emirates Palace, Qatar Airways, Etihad Airways, Emirates Airlines SkyCargo, Emirates Airlines, etc.
• Work with Ad agencies like Mindshare, Starcom, Mediaedge, Initiative, UM 7, OMD, BPG Maxus
• Responsible for pitching new business to direct clients and advertising agencies
• Actively participate in long-range strategic planning for client
• Identify and understand the trends with client and meet target revenue
• Generate new business leads and creative advertising solutions
• Create, administer multi-media plans and programs for various clients in the international markets
• Conduct research, accurate rate collection, handled the tasks of generating insertion orders, order generation, data management, ad run confirmation and ad copy trafficking to ensure successful advertising campaigns
• Negotiate purchasing terms, select quality print, electronic and events/workshops
• Work closely with other sale team members to understand customer needs in order to ensure correct publication placement
• Resolve issues related to incorrect creative, headline changes, rate negotiation and placement dates
• Oversee quality assurance, clients relations and corporate communications
• Attend international trade shows/exhibitions to represent Agency & Publication to meet with current and potential accounts
• Organize sales meetings for the publishers visiting the Middle East
• Arrange own travel bookings for overseas business meetings
• Responsible for training new hires in the Agency
• Serve as a liaison among Initiative departments contributing to a client account
• Maintain thorough, real time knowledge of client business
