Liaising with the stores department and making sure that any deficiencies in the stores have minimal impact on the flow of vehicles through the workshop. Duties also include the allocation of overtime when needed. Also arranging the collection of completed vehicle and the delivery of vehicles that are to be completed.


Selected Achievements
• Introduced new electronic "T" card system to increase the flow of information around the company.
• Addressing the concerns of the workshop personnel.
• Bringing in a time and motion study to the workshop so that areas of concern can be targeted.

Upon the changing of the contract, I was moved to keep track and account for the retro fit armor with 16 personnel, this involved looking after over a hundred million pounds worth of equipment.
