Managing the business operations of a secure compound and being responsible for the design, construction and opening of accommodation for over 400 professionals and over 500 staff. Responsible for Individual Contracted accommodation, Third Country National accommodation, Restaurants, Gymnasium, Swimming Pool and Sports complex, Business Offices,
Business Park, Retail Shopping and Leisure facilities. (Including all Front of and Back of House activities)

Operations & Business Development (Operations - Business - Facilities - Site - Management. I oversaw the business operations of Zurich FBI with the overall responsibility for multiple disciplined departments such as Administration, Finance, Procurement, Technical Admin, Warehousing, IT, Assets, Facilities & Site Management, Transportation and Security. I was central in the negotiated at Governmental Level with various ministries and government bodies as well as foreign embassies and blue chip international companies and foreign aid groups to enhance the Companies profile and standing.
Reviewing, analysing and preparing reports, records and directives along with conferring with Directors, Managers, and Supervisors to acquire data for reporting and planning activities, delegating responsibilities among staff members by preparing schedules and setting deadlines to ensure timely delivery of service through P&L, KPI, SLA, and OMS and Operational Procedures.
Facilities Maintenance & Site Management.
I was the Senior Technical Manager in charge of the day to day running of the Business Unit responsible for over 30 ISAF/NATO and contracted sites in Kabul and Northern Afghanistan responsible for the Technical Management, Facilities and Site / Camp Management of ISAF/NATO forces, Foreign Aid Agencies and foreign Contractors giving technical advice to ISAF/NATO forces.
With the departmental control of Construction & Design, Facilities Maintenance, Power Generation, HVAC/R, Water Generation (RO), Transportation & Vehicle Fleet, Camp Services, Waste Management as well as the Technical Administration, Finance, Procurement, Stores, HR, Asset Management and Security Departments. I deputised for the General Manager during his rotation and leave having full control of the Business Unit. Reviewing, analysing and preparing reports, records and directives along with conferring with Directors, Managers, and Supervisors to acquire data for reporting and planning activities, delegating responsibilities.
In charge of an entrepreneurial establishments (multi-site) covering a range of business opportunities in the heart of the Andalucía country side, covering antique furniture, fine art gallery, garden center, construction, house sales and second hand cars, motor home and boats. I was in charge of the facilities management, all site operations including sales and
marketing.
A family run construction firm caring out various build work including villa extensions, garages, swimming pools, patio and landscape gardening. I was in charge of site management, transportation, equipment management. Providing the
client with timely quotations, services and follow on advice.
I acquired experience in the British Army with 23 years’ service in the Reserve Forces serving in Central America, Former Yugoslavia, Northern Europe, Iraq and Afghanistan. I gained fast promotion due to my experience and commitment - Craftsman to Artificer Sergeant Major and Commissioning to Officer Commanding Regimental Workshops.

I was in charge of the manufacturing and production facilities producing an extensive range of respiratory equipment,
filtration equipment for the Military, Medical, Emergency Services and Aircraft Industries. This included breathing
apparatus, firefighting equipment, mines rescue, aircraft filtration, canister filtration, charcoal impregnated cloth and
diving equipment.
I was also in charge of Facilities Maintenance and Site Management of multi sites, including both hard and soft services.
