I oversaw the business operations of Zurich FBI with the overall responsibility for multiple disciplined departments such as Administration, Finance, Procurement, Technical Admin, Warehousing, IT, Assets, Facilities & Site Management, Transportation and Security. I was central in the negotiated at Governmental Level with various ministries and government bodies as well as foreign embassies and blue chip international companies and foreign aid groups to enhance the Companies profile and standing.
Reviewing, analysing and preparing reports, records and directives along with conferring with Directors, Managers, and Supervisors to acquire data for reporting and planning activities, delegating responsibilities among staff members by preparing schedules and setting deadlines to ensure timely delivery of service through P&L, KPI, SLA, and OMS and Operational Procedures.
Facilities Maintenance & Site Management.
I was the Senior Technical Manager in charge of the day to day running of the Business Unit responsible for over 30 ISAF/NATO and contracted sites in Kabul and Northern Afghanistan responsible for the Technical Management, Facilities and Site / Camp Management of ISAF/NATO forces, Foreign Aid Agencies and foreign Contractors giving technical advice to ISAF/NATO forces.
With the departmental control of Construction & Design, Facilities Maintenance, Power Generation, HVAC/R, Water Generation (RO), Transportation & Vehicle Fleet, Camp Services, Waste Management as well as the Technical Administration, Finance, Procurement, Stores, HR, Asset Management and Security Departments. I deputised for the General Manager during his rotation and leave having full control of the Business Unit. Reviewing, analysing and preparing reports, records and directives along with conferring with Directors, Managers, and Supervisors to acquire data for reporting and planning activities, delegating responsibilities.
In charge of an entrepreneurial establishments (multi-site) covering a range of business opportunities in the heart of the Andalucía country side, covering antique furniture, fine art gallery, garden center, construction, house sales and second hand cars, motor home and boats. filtration equipment for the Military, Medical, Emergency Services and Aircraft Industries. This included breathing
