Secure the warehouses at all times and allow access only to authorized personnel.
Receive materials into the warehouse stock and issue spare parts to departments as needed.
Liaise with department heads in the preparation of materials requisitions for all spare parts and consumables
Forward approved requisitions to Purchase Section.
Maintain accurate records of received and outstanding requisitions. Track the progress of Purchase Orders.
Maintain adequate stock levels of spare parts and consumables to facilitate the continuous operation of the units.

Review regularly obsolete and surplus parts and advice Stores Manager for follow up.
Use the computerized system MAXIMO to maintain an accurate inventory of all materials stored.
Check for discrepancies in materials received against delivery notes and issue Procurement Incident Report for
the wrong items received.
Assist department heads in establishing a realistic minimum/maximum warehouse stock of all shut-down or critical items.
Ensure that all hazardous and non-hazardous wastes are correctly labeled.
Dealt with all Construction materials, Civil Electrical and Mechanical for various High Rise Buildings.
Worked as Stores in-charge at RAS GAS SHUTDOWN of TRAIN 1 and Stores in-charge at QAFCO,
Ammonia Plant SHUTDOWN in DOHA, QATAR.
Worked as Warehouse Supervisor and dealt with the Inventory of Construction items for various Projects.
• Worked in DRILLING & WORKOVER DEPARTMENT AS SUPERVISING STOREKEEPER-1, at MUD MIXING FACILITY, TUBULAR & EQUIPMENTS STORAGE YARD, SHEDGUM.
• WORKED AS STORES SUPERVISOR IN ARAMCO OFFSHORE RIGS FOR NEARLY 2 YEARS.
• Determines the optimum level of inventory to be kept in Mud Mixing Facility for the usage in the production of various types of DRILLING & WORKOVER fluids/Muds required by ONSHORE & OFFSHORE RIGS.
• Considers lead time (and adjustments) material availability, safety stock, critical quantities re-order levels, forecast based on consumption planning techniques, automatic or manual re- ordering/planning trends.
• Reviews MRP List Stock requirements list and material reservation requests from ONSHORE & OFF SHORE RIGS and searches all Material Service Centers/Customer Plants across the Kingdom to identify whether, initially, materials can be supplied from excess inventory balances located in other areas.
• If materials cannot be supplied from inventory, directs Purchasing Department to place orders for materials, authorized primarily through SAMS (SAUDI ARAMCO MATERIAL SYSTEM) to meet specific delivery dates.
• Requests Purchasing to follow up with vendors for order status and to make changes in required quantities delivery dates.
