Assist department heads in establishing a realistic minimum/maximum warehouse stock of all shut-down or critical items.
Ensure that all hazardous and non-hazardous wastes are correctly labeled.

• If materials cannot be supplied from inventory, directs Purchasing Department to place orders for materials, authorized primarily through SAMS (SAUDI ARAMCO MATERIAL SYSTEM) to meet specific delivery dates.
• Requests Purchasing to follow up with vendors for order status and to make changes in required quantities delivery dates.
