•Ensuring the safety of the guests as they use swimming pool and other facilities.
•Assisting those guests that’s requires first Aid or with health and safety conditions.
•Assisting the kids play area.
•Issuing the towels, lockers and other supplies as requested by guests.
•Ensuring our health and safety instructions and rules are adhered to by all guests.
•Taking of inventory of supplies and reporting any damages or maintenance issues.
•Assisting the guests on gym equipment and also with sauna and steam room to new user.
•Ensuring the cleanness of the pool and spa.
•Reporting any lost and found to the relative department.
Coordinating communications and information for all departments during operations for Entire Park.
•Record any details of the information regarding to make a report for the park operation going each day.
•Liaising any emergencies and assistant needed calls for each department.
•Operating telephone and radio communications.
•Processing admission tickets
•Face to face customers transactions
•Assisting guests and handling complains.
• Scanning ticket and assisting with light security checks and providing information about the park.
