Working in a full 360 blue collar recruitment role I am responsible for:
• Developing prosperous business relationships with new and existing clients, to gain additional
business and develop a profitable desk
• Managing my own client and candidate databases and delivering excellent, proactive customer
service, ensuring requirements are consistently met
• Filling vacancies to varying lead times as requested by the client, with suitably skilled candidates
by sourcing the ideal candidates to place in client vacancies

• I take responsibility for looking after my team when needed if my manager is away from the
office and will deal with any complaints or queries from clients or candidates • I have also been in the top 3 billing consultants for the last 2 years.
