Yinson Production specialises in the construction and operation of Floating, Production, Storage, Offloading, (FPSO's). Developing, implementing, and managing high-quality risk mitigation strategies for the design, construction, and operation of cutting-edge production assets in the offshore oil and gas industry. In the capacity of the Manager - Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), with direct reporting to the Senior Vice President of Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality (HSSEQ), the role entails the crucial responsibility of enhancing the organization's ERM frameworks to align with the company's strategic goals. Ensuring optimal visibility across various levels and departments, while actively seeking to influence outcomes that extend beyond direct line control. The enterprise risk management (ERM) activities encompass the entire project execution model, starting from the initial stages of business development, through project execution, and extending to the operational phase.

• The risk management scope encompasses the assessment and reduction of risks linked to FPSO construction projects in Indonesia, China, UAE, Vietnam, as well as the operational endeavours in Brazil, Nigeria, Ghana, Malaysia, and corporate strategy in head offices situated in Singapore and Norway.
• Drive best-in-class business partnering, engagement, and reporting by leading, directing, and mentoring a hardworking, high-performing team.
• Provide high-level strategic advice and support to the senior leadership team and business unit leaders to embed ERM leadership, objectives and targets initiatives, and culture and improve standards.
• Provide support to risk owners in the formulation, administration, and upkeep of their enterprise risk management strategy, risk appetite, risk management framework, and business continuity management, aligning them with the ISO 31000 and COSO ERM Frameworks. This encompasses both internal and external risks that have the potential to impact the strategic objectives of the organisation.
• Assisting with the confirmation of risk management policies, procedures, limits, and strategies to comply with all applicable policies and strategic objectives of the company.
• Undertake active monitoring of the risk profile (including risk and control assessments, incident, and issue analysis). Key Risk Indicators and Action Plan Metrics for the Business Units and Departments where overlap may occur.
• Undertaking risk assurance reviews to assess the control design and whether performance control testing is appropriate for the company risk appetite.
• Support business use of key risk management information tools. This includes supporting the development of dashboards and/or reporting that engage business users and train business stakeholders on the use of these tools.
• Investigate and provide recommendations for best-in-class innovative solutions to simplify and maintain the ERM program.
• Manage and modernize the provision of reports, risk management processes, and information to meet Yinson’s compliance and reporting obligations (including external reporting).
• Ensure the proper maintenance of pertinent registers, databases, and systems to guarantee the accuracy, appropriate storage, and accessibility of risk information as needed.
