Procurement Manager (Sub Contract)
Establish database of fully approved sub contractors for mainstream contracting works either by discipline or geographical requirement.
Establish sub contractor monitoring & approval process
Monitor sub contractor site works & create performance reports
Review sub contractor financial status & action accordingly
Liaise with internal Health & Safety Managers/Director
Implement Business Process for all sub contractors
Visit contractors at own premises and assess their potential
Assist Commercial Team in tendering process
Submission of monthly report to Commercial Director for Board reporting
