- PBX telephone configuration & Access Control
Management.
- Microsoft Server Configuration & maintains with
Backups
- Executing E SMS marketing service for the
Organization by maintaining Secured Customer
Database.
- Mobile App developed & managed online in
order to capture new Customers.
- Training staff on the TAX rules and how its
affected on the ERP system for all Staff on their
day to day operations.
- Assisting Finance team on their accounts related
tasks including VAT Filing according to FTA.
- Providing MIS Reports in order to make
decisions on achievements & targets of the
Organization.
- Manage Projects for openings with all related IT,
Telephone, CCTV & Police Alarm installation &
System Design.
- Ensuring CCTV & Police alarm Connections are
100% perform at any given time by remote
configuration.
- Carry out Investigations of Burglary & Prepare
Reports & Required Footage to Police for further
Investigation
- Supporting Marketing division with E-Marketing
tools. ( social media, email, sms, etc..).

- Coordinate with suppliers for purchasing of all IT
related Equipment’s & Software’s.
- Ensuring backup systems & data Security.
- Ensuring CCTV & burglar alarm Connections are
100% Perform at any given time by remote
configuration & testing.
- Resolving Operational IT Issues on day to day
tasks.
- Research for Suppliers overseas for Products.
- Coordinate with Suppliers & Import goods -
Handling Documentation up to delivery of
goods.
- Preparation of Sri Lanka Customs clearance
required documents.
- Assisting in pricing the goods before sales.
- Project planning for installation of security
Systems and CCTV on sites.
- Configuring Remote Access setup and network
for live viewing of CCTV.

- Supports Busy ERP system in data entry
- Supports in ERP Development to transfer Data
from Busy System to new ERP System.
- Edit ERP data files to match the correct price to
load in new system.
- Match the two ERP systems daily and reports to
Financial Accountant to make sure system is
correct.
- Reports to Finance team & help them on
improving their manual work with the New ERP
System.
