• Compiling daily reports related to manpower, production, seat allocation and boat and chopper routings
• Calculating payable hours, overtime, bonuses and deductions
• Managing timekeeping systems or manually collecting and reviewing timesheets
• Providing information and answering employee questions about payroll-related matters

• Emergency Response and assist the supervisor in all emergency situations
• Planning and participating in Emergency Response drills
• Radio Operation
• Scheduling of helicopters and boats for offshore crew change
• Coordination with Warehouse and onshore base for material requirements.
• Communicating with Marine Vessels and coordinating marine cargo operations
• Communicating with Helicopter Pilots.
• Planning chopper routings and fuel.
• Discussing and providing solutions for HSE related problems.
• Preparation and auditing of TRAs.
• Providing HSE inductions and training to employees.
Inspecting processes and procedures, ensuring good health and safety practice.
Assist Investigate accidents and issues regarding non compliances.
Carrying out inspections of machinery, working environments and structures.
Carry out Noise and light measurements.
Ensuring workers are provided with suitable protective equipment.
Negotiate with managers and operators to resolve possible safety related conflicts
Writing reports on results of inspections and investigations and completing detailed paperwork.
Developing methods to predict possible hazards drawn from experience, historical data and other appropriate
information sources.
Providing HSE inductions and training to employees.
