The solution included hybrid-cloud/on-premises with Financials, Procurement, HRM (CSC Analytics & Talent Management), PM, Unifier- sub-contractor management integration to Causeway Estimation module, AutoDesk BIM, Hyperion / MS Office 365/ EPM ERP, Primavera, Microsoft 365 Cloud enterprise solution.
As a publically listed company there was a strong emphasis on Corporate Governance & Risk Management. The Project used Best Practices/Industry Standards - CoBiT5 - PMI -TOGAF - ITIL/ITSM - ISO 9001 ISO/IEC 27002 PMO Portfolio Management with CAGR & KPIs & a Zero-based Budget.
