•Real Estate Developer representative managing High-Rise, Site Work, and Marine projects from $30M- $110M.
• Coordinate between General Contractor(s), Architect, and Engineers to ensure timely building delivery within budget.
•Review Requisitions, Change Orders and project schedule.
•Estimate, bid, and buyout items out of General Contractor scope.
•Review contract drawings and specifications for value engineering measures.
•Review and generate bid packages, and provide bid analysis
•Review design drawings alongside design professionals for value engineering opportunities and cost analysis
• Responsible for submittals and RFI’s for Federal and Public commercial projects ranging up to $20M.
•Assist in the Purchasing and Estimating process.
• Coordinating the delivery of materials and scheduling subcontractors.
• Liaising between clients, field personnel, subcontractors, and President.
• Supervise housing construction from permits to Certificate of Occupancy.
• Develop and monitor schedules for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Supervise quality of workmanship, resolve job site problems.
• Audit bills to ensure construction proceeds within budget.
