Responsibilities and Achievements:
● Developed the current and target state architecture of the organization to digitize its services, improve efficiencies, provide improved customer services experience, and reduce duplicated applications.
● Provide leadership support and guidance for defining and implementing the advancing digital service delivery program that was approved by council and put forward for execution.
● Built business architecture capability for public health, public works, and social services programs.

● Perform architecture governance by conducting formal reviews of the solution architecture proposals to ensure alignment with the overall enterprise architecture standards and the digital platforms.
● Lead the solution architecture work for Salesforce key projects related to advancing digital program such as the online intake forms digitization project, resident portal, vendor portal and digitizing the Hazardous waste and vaccine clinics programs.
● Lead the PoC implementation and the solution design for the UiPath robotic process automation platform, DocuSign e-signature platform, Copado Salesforce DevOps platform, and the iPaaS platform. This includes drafting the requirements for the RFP, conduct vendor evaluation and selection, defining the SLAs, provide architecture guidance and support and establishing technology standards, processes, and the CoE for these digital platforms.
● Manage and lead the EA practice and a team of domain and solutions architects.
● Participate in strategic planning meetings to advise on technology roadmaps and EA recommendations for medium to enterprise-scale initiatives in support of the Region's strategic digital vision and mission.

● developed the organizational CRM business capabilities and its architecture including the framework for online self-serve resident facing services.
● Defined taxonomy structure for government program enrollment for residents who wants to apply and consume services based on the government reference model and its service inventory.

o social services and government grants management
o health services, paramedics, physicians, long term care, dental services and environmental health.
o public works, transportation services, waste management and water/wastewater services

o Implementation of Marketing cloud (email and social studio) for marketing and communications division.
o platform core initiatives and building blocks including the resident login portal, single-sign-on (SSO) integration with azure identity management, salesforce corporate data model, 4-tier information architecture, accessibility for Ontarians with disabilities (AODA) compliance for external resident facing applications, and sandbox architecture/release CI/CD management processes.
