To manage all the inbound and outbound operations like material and all the running equipment. Support the civil team by providing the equipment at the proper time and place. Support lifting operations for shifting porta cabins and toilets and other construction material from one site to another site. Prepare the daily activities reports and diesel consumption report. Given safety awareness class to the drivers and the subordinates before starting the duty on daily basis.
Doing all the jobs related to stores and purchase, receiving goods, issue, make GRN and prepare LPO's,
Working as a Section Lead in storage Division, Coordinating in Location survey, Inventory and spot checking and issue the material as per the request, Responsible for giving direction to subordinate personal, Strong knowledge of SARSS ( Standard Army Retail Service System software) process and warehouse operations.
